BATC will facilitate the process of increasing self-sustainability in our nations by assisting members in obtaining significant and suitable employment and reduce the number of members on social assistance by 5% per year.
Fostering meaningful relationships with our member Nations, partners, and community by providing exceptional service, training and employment opportunities.
Our vision of supporting the development of healthy communities is met on a continual basis, as we provide quality service to our communities. The board of directors and the management team worked under good governance practice by meeting reporting deadlines, reducing risk, being compliant, accountable and transparent by disclosing all participant or client involvement in our programming. BATC Training and Employment maintains a good standing with the various levels of government that require our year-end reporting and remains to be transparent and accountable to all.
